β GIS Data Migration: Led the successful migration of fiber network data from 5 different legacy sources into a centralized GIS platform, ensuring consistency, integrity, and alignment with new system architecture.
β Business Logic Definition: Collaborated with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define provisioning and operational logic, translating complex requirements into scalable GIS solutions.
β Solution Validation: Evaluated GIS functionalities iteratively and provided continuous feedback to enhance user experience, workflow efficiency, and business compliance.
β Data Integrity & Maintenance: Ensured high-quality, clean data and developed scalable approaches for future system maintenance and enhancements.
β System Integration: Spearheaded GIS system integration with key enterprise systems, enabling end-to-end automation and data flow with:
